Catching up on Pfitzinger

My running partner evidently grew tired of reading up on Pfitzinger's Training plan for this week and decided to take a little nap. He left the book (Advanced Marathoning) closed under the yellow pad and I can't read his notes. Now I've got to figure out what we are doing in the morning all by myself.

Those notes should be interesting as he knows and is learning enough to run with you :D

Good post about valuable life lessons. Never understemate the enemie... Do that applies on running to? I think so!

Thanks for your advice, it should just be that waking up early this last days hasn't been that easy. The change on schedule it's about to arrive, it will be easier to go to bed earlier. Besides, the best of our running year is just about to arrive: fresher days!!!

You can always run the notes through an Internet translator. You must be really putting this pup through the paces, Phil!
