More Great Race Reports

No running today, so I actually slept in until 8:30. I did have time to catch up on many of your blogs tonight and realized that I missed a whole lot of great race reports:

Bab - Ran the Mercer Island Half Marathon faster than he thought he could. The weather was lousy, but his pace was fantastic.
Lana is one of the toughest runners anywhere. You'll enjoy her race report on her 2nd place age group finish in this 15K trail run ... especially the shower scene at the end.
Nicole - Ran a nice 8K in Chigago. Not her best finish, but a good finish none-the-less
Mike - Ran a 27:27 8K in Tucson this weekend. Although he thought he should have done better, he still ran this wicked fast. Great race report and cute picture of his little boy.
Neese - Broke 35 minutes in a 5K run in Greenville, South Carolina. She keeps plugging away at getting below 30.

Great racing guys, I hope to get back out there and join you soon.

Just had to throw that "slept in 'til 8:30" in there, didn't ya? Way to throw some salt in the wounds! I can't rememer the last time our boy let us see the good side of 6am.

Seriously though, thanks for the props and support as always. We need to drag you down here for a tune-up race and a visit to the daughter.

That's weird - there's no link to make a comment on your Tuesday post.

We didn't get to visit the zoo - must do it on the next trip :)
